st. saviour

The best pairings are the ones that draw a contrast between the flavors of the wine and cheese. Our St. Saviour is a soft, creamy cheese so it pairs better with a white wine or champagne. It might come as a surprise, but the bubbles work well with our gooey St. Saviour – especially if it’s been baked.
